The College offers bachelor's degree programs, evening bachelor's degree programs, and master's programs. All the departments of the College pass the Program Accreditation conducted by the Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan.

The college champions knowledge-action integration, promotes integrated teaching & research, seeks close cooperation with industries, and develops local features. In addition, the College actively applies for industry-government-university collaboration projects or research projects, establishes the Southern Taiwan Cultural and Creative Industry Alliance, and enters into partnership with industries for cross-industry cooperation and talent cultivation.

International College

The International College was established in 2009. It is an all English institute that offers bachelor's programs in international business administration, international finance, international tourism & hospitality, and entertainment management. The college creates a learning environment equipped with state-of-the-art teaching facilities and applies the concept of learning by doing to its curriculum. In addition, all the students are required to complete an internship of at least six months in hopes of helping them better prepared with skills and knowledge required to enter the job market once they have graduated.

The college earned the AACSB accreditation in 2016, which greatly facilitates the internationalization of its curriculum. By bearing its mission in mind, the college will surely continue to flourish and cultivate more young talents in tourism, leisure management, and hospitality.

College of Language Arts

The College of Language Arts was established in 2011, and it has two departments and one center: the Department of Applied English, the Department of Japanese, and the Foreign Language Center. College of Indigenous Studies

The Indigenous Development Center, the predecessor of the College of Indigenous Studies, was established in 2011 as one of the first-level administrative units. Since 2012, the University has established four bachelor's degree programs for indigenous peoples. In 2013, the university established the Pulima Innovation Workshop and initiated a project on cultivation of indigenous talents in cultural creativity. These initiatives have shown the university's determination to nurture indigenous professionals in different areas.

To enhance the horizontal connection and communication among bachelor's degree programs for indigenous peoples, make the most use of teaching recourses at different colleges, and develop the curriculum that features indigenous cultures, the Indigenous Development Center was upgraded to the College of Indigenous Studies, the ninth college of the University, in February 2016.
